I think so often, we start out the year with a lot of momentum and energy behind what we're stepping into. And we start to put ourselves into the vibration and take the aligned actions that are going to lead to the manifestations we're calling in... But, what tends to happen (because we're human beings and our comfort zone is attractive) is over time later in the year, we slip back into old patterns. What I've come to understand is you have to keep choosing the new version of yourself until the old version of you no longer exists.

The real challenge is finding a way to tune in to the future version of you every second of every day.
