Today I'm talking about something that I feel is a really widespread problem in the coaching industry and in the online space in general... which is comparison. Even if you don't have a business, it can be really difficult to see the highlight reels people put on their social media. It's really easy to get into a loop of comparison, or as I like to call it "the comparison gremlin". This is something that I continue to struggle with myself. In this episode, we're going to talk about some ways to kill that comparison gremlin!
